True to form, our Trueform Spa has been both a surprise and delight to our daily routine. Yes, coffee in the morning before heading to work, a soak after a gym workout and then again in the evening to relax into a pre-sleep soak, 'delicious'. Our service experience with Trueform Spa was 'frictionless' with every part of the purchasing journey dialled in and every question answered professionally supported by the quality of the tech and craftsmanship of the spa, giving us the confidence to invest in this lifestyle choice. This is spa pool is truely, a "hug in a mug" experience!

I've had my Trueform spa almost 15 years and it's still going strong. They build a great product and are willing to help with any issues. They are reasonably priced compared with the competition. I know 3 people who went with some of the pricey brands only to be disappointed with equipment failures. Proud to support this Kiwi business.

Awesome company, awesome people, awesome product!

We didn't even buy our Trueform pool new from them or reseller, but a mint condition refurbished 'Eco' model from The Spa Guy in Rotorua.

But we still had some questions regarding setup, water treatment etc, and Bridget/Gwen were absolutely amazing with help and advice via multiple calls/emails even though I didn't purchase the pool new.

Highly recommend them and the product they sell, our pool is just the basic entry level pool, but the construction/quality/insulation is the same as the top of their line pools.

If we grow out of this one, or ever want an upgraded pool with more features, we will definitely go Trueform again.
